Data Deletion Instructions

Learn how to request the deletion of your personal and business data collected through our app, in accordance with Meta's data policy and privacy regulations. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Remove App From Facebook

• Go to your Facebook Account Settings
• Click on "Apps and Websites"
• Find our TsogaShop app and click "Remove"
• This will revoke all of our access and permissions to your WhatsApp business account

Delete Your Data From TsogaShop

To erase your business data from the TsogaShop platform:

• Go to https://admin.tsogashop.com
• Login to your account
• Make sure you have business manager rights to continue
• On the left menu, locate and click the "Delete your account" option
• Confirm the security questions, then click proceed
• This will delete your business account, user account and all related data. This action is irreversible
